This coached workout is designed for all abilities, focusing on mobility, range of motion and technique development with a hard dose of high-intensity interval training to keep it spicy. Ideal for endurance athletes working toward adventure, development, and competition goals.

To secure a spot in a class you must RSVP. Strength classes for spring and summer will run on a first reserved, first served basis.

CLASS SIZES LIMITED TO 8

Class offerings are set currently to meet the demand of the team. We can add more classes if needed, but you may need to adjust your schedule to the times.

Please come to class on time, prepared to work, and with the following:

- Willingness to learn
- Clothes that allow you to move freely in
- Water bottle
- Dedicated pair of gym shoes
- Personal sweat towel

✅YOU MUST RSVP 2 HOURS BEFORE THE START OF CLASS✅

If you are feeling symptomatic of illness in ANY WAY, please DO NOT COME to class. Notify your coach about your symptoms and follow the instructions given following your report.
